Under this service, the investment decisions are made by HAWMS Equities Pvt. Ltd. on behalf of the client, in accordance with the agreed investment objectives, risk profile, and terms of the Portfolio Management Agreement.
The Company shall have full discretion to manage the client’s portfolio, including execution of trades, selection of securities, and timing of transactions, without requiring prior approval from the client for each transaction.
HAWMS Equities Pvt. Ltd. shall act in a fiduciary capacity and manage the portfolio with due care, skill, and diligence, in the best interest of the client, and in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
