business development, team coordination, and investor support. Throughout his career,
he has played a key role in managing operational processes, facilitating client
engagement, and supporting investment-related activities. At HAWMS Equities Private
Limited, he contributes to the firm’s operational efficiency, client service standards, and
execution support, helping ensure a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.

Director – Corporate Affairs

Vidya M C brings over two decades of entrepreneurial and business leadership
experience across trading, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and allied
sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully built and managed diverse
business ventures, demonstrating strong capabilities in strategic planning, operational
management, and sustainable business growth. At HAWMS Equities, she contributes to
the firm’s corporate governance and strategic development initiatives, drawing on her
extensive experience in business management and organizational leadership. Her
insights support the firm’s commitment to transparency, governance, operational
excellence, and long-term stakeholder value.

Director – Marketing

Sumon is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building and
managing businesses across financial services, trading, manufacturing, technology,
and allied sectors. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to
identify opportunities, drive sustainable growth, and create long-term value. His
expertise in business strategy, market development, and corporate leadership
contributes significantly to the strategic direction of HAWMS Equities. He plays an
important role in supporting the firm’s growth initiatives while reinforcing its
commitment to investor trust, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation.

Director & Principal Officer

Saji Mathews, brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, wealth
management, private banking, and investment products across India and the UAE. A
CFA Charterholder and MBA graduate from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, he
has held senior leadership positions with leading financial institutions including
Mashreq Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank etc.
As Fund Manager, Principal Officer, and Director of HAWMS Equities Private Limited,
Saji leads the firm’s investment management function, overseeing portfolio strategy,
investment decisions, and portfolio construction, while supporting disciplined
investment processes, strong governance, and long-term value creation.

Director & Compliance Officer

Adwaith brings over seven years of experience in banking and financial services, with expertise in regulatory compliance, internal controls, audit governance, operational processes, and customer due diligence gained through his tenure at Federal Bank. At HAWMS Equities, he oversees the firm’s compliance framework, regulatory adherence, documentation standards, and governance practices in line with applicable SEBI regulations. A CAIIB certified banking professional, B.Tech graduate, and currently pursuing an MBA in Financial Management, he contributes to strengthening the firm’s culture of transparency, accountability, and regulatory excellence.

Sherin is the Founder, Managing Director & CEO of HAWMS Equities Private Limited and
brings over 20 years of experience in wealth management and financial services.
Throughout his career, he has worked extensively across mutual funds, equities,
insurance, and wealth creation solutions, helping investors navigate evolving market
environments and pursue their long-term financial objectives. As the visionary behind
HAWMS, he has played a pivotal role in establishing the firm’s values, strategic
direction, and growth framework, with a strong focus on integrity, disciplined decision
