and allied sectors. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to

expertise in business strategy, market development, and corporate leadership

Director, Principal Officer and Chief Investment Officer

Saji Mathews, brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, wealth
management, private banking, and investment products across India and the UAE. A
CFA Charterholder and MBA graduate from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, he
has held senior leadership positions with leading financial institutions including
Mashreq Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank etc.
As Fund Manager, Principal Officer, and Director of HAWMS Equities Private Limited,
Saji leads the firm’s investment management function, overseeing portfolio strategy,
investment decisions, and portfolio construction, while supporting disciplined
investment processes, strong governance, and long-term value creation.

Adwaith brings over seven years of experience in banking and financial services, with expertise in regulatory compliance, internal controls, audit governance, operational processes, and customer due diligence gained through his tenure at Federal Bank.
