Advisory Services

Under this service, HAWMS Equities Pvt. Ltd. provides investment advice to the client on buy and sell decisions in line with their investment objectives and risk profile.

The client shall be solely responsible for execution of trades, custody of securities, and all related administrative and accounting functions. The Company acts solely as an advisor and shall not be responsible for the execution of transactions or the management of the client’s portfolio.

HAWMS Equities Pvt. Ltd. shall act in a fiduciary capacity towards its clients and shall maintain an arm’s length relationship with its other business activities.

All advisory services are provided in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and/or directives, as well as the specific requirements communicated by the client from time to time.

Note: Minimum investment amount for Portfolio Management Services shall be as prescribed by the regulator from time to time.
